Dandelion seed leaving its mother plant.
dew on the iris
periwinkle
macro dandelion
I don't know what this flower/bush is called, but it sure is beautiful.
I agree with Sara...I never really noticed, until this year, how beautiful spring actually is with all its new life and green beauty.
The dandelion photos are my absolute favorites, especially the first one with the seed in the middle of falling off of the plant. Awesome!!!! The lighting on it is really cool to. Your camera makes outside photos look really cool with the lighting.
ReplyDeleteI REALLY LIKE the pictures of the pink flowers!
ReplyDelete(maybe that's just because I like that color)
I like all the dew!
The dandelion pictures are really cool too!
Only Hannah can look any further
(inside joke below!)
STOP TAKING PICURES!
:)
good joke?
hahahahahahahahahahahahahah...................
Ah! Funny, Sarah, but.........NO WAY!!!!!!!! I LOVE TAKING PICTURES!! And besides, "I was there first!"
ReplyDeleteAh! Ha!
I like the first dandelion picture too, Sara.
ReplyDeleteBut I think the second one is a little better quality, do you?
By the way, which one should I put as the best of the month? I just can't decide...
ReplyDeleteI have one thing to say....WOW!
ReplyDeleteNo seriously, I was stunned when I saw those pictures. Especially the first one. Sara put it on our laptop background and I thought that she had gotten it from Bethany Beasley's blog...I was shocked again when I saw it on yours! WOW WOW WOW!
Bethany Beasley?
ReplyDeleteI agree Hannah. I love spring!! This is the first year I have ever been inpatient about the flowers blooming. Are pasture is just now starting to bloom. I can't wait till all the flowers have come up. A couple of days ago Ashley brought be this really (ok, I have to say it) PRETTY flower. This is one flower that I was just stunned at. It was a lighter blue and a slightly purple tint to it. And it looked like someone had dumped sparkles on it. I wish I could show you a picture.
ReplyDeleteThe first and the second from the last picture are my favorites. I love pictures of flowers when there wet.
Bethany Beasley? Her name used to be Bethany Wissmann. She's an awesome photographer. I just love looking at her blog.
I've been following Bethany's (Beasley)blog for some time and I love it. I would highly recommend it. One thing you've got to know about Hannah, Bethany, is that she is very "behind the times." : ) She doesn't have any idea that there is a whole new world of blogs out there that are so much fun to follow. And...She is very naive when it comes to American slang. : ) She's almost as bad as Freddy Farmer. (guess who that is Hannah!) : )
ReplyDeleteI would say (in my opinion) that the first dandelion picture is definitely "best photo of the month." But then, that's just my opinion.......: ) By the way, nice background! (Just thought I'd mention it.) : )
ReplyDeleteOk, Anna, you're in for it now...just wait 'til I get my hands on you...I'm NOT behind the times, I just don't spend all my PRECIOUS time wasting away at the computer screen! I don't exactly like "RESEARCHING" people, or sit around wondering what else I could possibly know! If you have to put it that way, then I'm perfectly content with being "behind the times". Ha! Ha!
ReplyDeleteAnd NO, I don't know who Freddy Farmer is!!!!!! :) Ah! Ha! Laugh all you want...
You, Anna, only know all the recent American slang, because you are out in the world more than I am...I don't have quartet practice, lessons at Friends University, or extra orchestra rehearsals, and I don't (or haven't yet) gone to any summer music camps. I don't care how much more 'knowing of the world' you are...........................................................................................You're still my good friend...(and comrad in crime) You ol' banana you! ;)
I agree completly with Hannah Anna. I know most American slang because of the books I read. Dave Dawson and Red Randell are some great resources for that sort of thing. Hannah, I don't think you are behind times at all, you are just...just...unresponsive when it comes to the things going on around you. ;) No comment on the banana part Hannah. I think it unladylike to call people names and uncivilized to call a friend a name. If that is what you do to your friends then I think I'll rethink my relationship with you. HA HA!!! Just kidding. I mean it.. No wait, don't go away. Come on. Hannah?
ReplyDeleteHannah?!?!
OH come now Hannah, be realistic! : ) I don't get my "language from "the world."......ooohh...."The World!" I like the sound of that! : ) Anyways, you see, I just READ a lot more then you. (more then you could ever dream!) : ) As far as wasting time behind a computer screen, I don't spend more then 30 min. at the most. I don't have as much time as you do. : ) And hey! What are friends for? We're supposed to call each other names! It strengthens our friendship and widens our VOCABULARY!!!!! Watch this! : )
ReplyDeleteHannah, your tops, pick of the crop; the frosting on my mother's cake; the cream of my coffee(wait, I don't drink coffee>...) A beautiful rose on a spring morning, chip off the ol' block; the fuzz of my peach... I could go on and on..... : )
THE THORN IN MY FLESH!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteAh! Ha!
Nice try, Anna, but I must say, you sure do have a nice set of slang phrases there. :)
The only reason I have more time than you do is because I don't WASTE mine! Ha!
Got to go now!
